USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

When we are talking about our teeth, we can’t tell ourselves a story about how our teeth have no connection to the rest of our body.

I’m not only talking about the connection that is believed to exist between each tooth and specific organs (as seen in the meridian tooth chart), while that’s interesting, I’m mostly talking about how the state of our mouth gives us a good indication of the health of the whole body.

Peppermint:

OnGuard:

Incorporate into your oil pulling. Add a drop of Peppermint oil or OnGuard oil to sesame oil and begin! Because sesame oil doesn’t go hard at colder temps - you can spit this right in the toilet when you’re done. If you’re using coconut oil - you will need to spit into the trash otherwise you’ll clog your plumbing.

Add a drop to your drinking water (hot or cold) - especially if you feel bloated/gassy and are experiencing stomach upset

Add 1 drop to your palm, rub your hands together and take a big inhale for instant energy.

Massage a drop into your temples and the bak of your neck to relieve tension + give you an energy burst.

When you feel a headache coming on, add 1 drop in the palm of your hands, cup over your nose, and inhale.

Add a drop to your tongue to freshen your breath.

Give an inhale, and apply to the back of your neck before your next workout. It’s a proven performance booster (research study)

Apply down the bridge of the nose to open airways, and affect limbic brain for focus + clearing

For total invigoration, take a drop on your thumb, put it on the roof of your mouth and inhale deeply.

You can add a drop of OnGuard or Myrrh to floss for deeper cleaning or use water irrigator

Chewing a xylitol based gum can help clean the mouth and help with pH. And a simple DIY is to make your own cinnamon, peppermint or OnGuard toothpicks!

Soak toothbrushes + tongue scrapers in a glass of water with a few drops of OnGuard Blend to clean off bad bacteria

A fragrant, natural, way to clean. Add to water for an effective all-purpose cleaner for surfaces. (It’s good to get into the habit of using products that protect your health, and not harm it with synthetic fragrances)

Diffuse for cleansing the air.

Add two to three drops in a veggie capsule for a quick immune boost.

Supports the body’s natural antioxidant defences.

Rub on bottom of kid’s feet during school season

Diffuse in home before company arrives to help cleanse the air and add a spicy and sweet aroma.
